Volunteer Meeting
The Good Works Garden volunteer position is a key role to work in conjunction with volunteers from St Vincent de Paul in carrying out the planning, construction, planting, ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the gardens, plus harvesting of produce from the gardens for the Good Works Garden program. As a part of your role, you will be expected to work within a team of volunteers and report back to the Project Manager. You will need to be able to communicate well with others, and problem solve with a solutions-based focus. Find out how you can contribute to the Good Work Garden an join us.
Good Works Garden Opening Event
Join Vinnies Canberra/ Goulburn, Argyle Housing and Dirty Janes Canberra in celebrating the opening of the Good Works Garden. This includes the Turning of the sod ceremony for the Good Works Garden and the Queen’s Jubilee Tree Planting Ceremony.
